Space Capacity Charts

            The following are typical of Hotel / Convention Center capacity charts. They give you a flavor for the wide differences in room sizes and based on layout. The variety also points out the reason for site visits and surveys, to convince yourself that your workshop will “fit” into the space. (Though the author admits surveying the site at Malta for an 18 person workshop, for a Texas company, might take a little more salemanship than he has. Plenty of likely places in Dallas and Austin.)
