Research efforts fall into two categories, Internal and Public.

Internal

Internal reseach is often called fact finding. A typical research engagement would:

  • Gather and organize relevant facts.
  • Interview key staff members and managers.
  • Develop and describe problems/opportunities.
  • Recommend a way forward

We can bring a different perspective to the team. Since we have experience with multiple industries, we don't suffer from "we've always done it that way" as we approach problems.

We can also provide a neutral perspective. Sometimes senior management can't drive the fact finding without the perception of organizational bias. An independent consultant can be an honest broker for both sides.

Public

When was the last time you used a search engine on the internet and got "only" useful hits returned? More often than not, multiple web searches need to be conducted to find the right terms or phrases. We don't have the "perfect" search engine, but we can take the time to filter items. Plus, we often are familiar with the research topic and recognize useful sites.

Some of the Research Products we can develop for you are:

  • Whitepapers
  • Course Outlines
  • Reference Lists
  • Literature Abstracting

All it takes is a quick note and we can discuss your research needs.
