Internal reseach is often called fact finding. A typical research engagement would: |

More often than not, multiple web searches need to be conducted to find the right terms or phrases. We don't have the "perfect" search engine, but we can take the time to filter items. Plus, we often are familiar with the research topic and recognize useful sites. |
